     Through the new material and new technics,FD2.5-300-LH has small valume and light weight 12.5kg.The weight is half of ohter same power products and the valume is two thirds of others.FD2.5-300-LH 's rated power is 300w,maximum power is 500w.The capability meets the requirement of small house completely.
    Cause of the light weight,FD2.5-300-LH can be set up by two person easily.Connect tower's head with flange of generator and put tower's feet into tower base,then pull the tightwire to erect the tower.
The blades and tail 's material is carbon fibre,and the shell of generator 's material is aluminum alloy. They are solid and anti-corrosiveness.
    And FD2.5-300-LH 's running noise is very low,you will never be bothered by it. FD2.5-300-LH can start up with a low wind speed,it will worked for you easily.

Other characteristics:

1.Highly compositive electric apparatus:A intelligent controller is included in generator.This controller has high efficiency and low noise,and can unload excrescent charge,even protect the wind wheel from rolling too fast.This design reduced count of parts and the install workload,and enhanced dependability.

2.New alternator:high efficiency;low inner resistance;big size layout.

3.New blades:They are alary and high-efficiencied,made by exact ejection molding technic.So the generator can start up with a low wind speed and use wind power efficacious.The material is carbon fibre plastic,it's light and solid and anti-corrosiveness.

4.Lag trig:Once battery is full charged,controller will make generator work in a quiet adjustment mode.If the voltage of battery is lower than full voltage,the generator restarted.For a 24v generator,it will shut down when the voltage of battery reached 28.5v,and will work again when the voltage of battery fall to 26v.If the non-charging-voltage is over 25v,it means charging with little energy.This function can protect generator's voltage fluctuate in adjustment mode,make it work quietly.

Power curve

FD2.5-300-LH can used in very broad scope,for lighting,small house,camping tents,communication equipment and others.It can bring you no limited power,as long as there have enough wind resources in the environment.The following is a presentation for several environment(photo for reference).

1.The installation on the street lights

    FD2.5-300-LH can be installed on the top of street light as lighting power.There need to be a extra section of pipe (diameter=48mm,length=100mm) to connect generator,and there can not be any obstacles in 800mm below generator's center axis.

 

2.The installation of the housing wall

    If installed in the housing wall, you must prepare a pipe(diameter=48mm, length resing on the height of house). To ensure the safety, the pipe should be buried underground at least 200mm. Fans must ensure that the length of pipe installed in the fan below (center run by the motor shaft) can not affect 800mm rotating fan and fan rotation obstacles.
To pipe fixed to the walls, welding or use of U-shaped fixture. Considering the difference between each Housing construction methods, we do not provide installation, but to ensure safety, the distance between two fixed points of Pipe should not exceed 1m.

3.The installation in open space

    This is the most popular installation methods of small wind turbine, and we provided a special tower attachment for your options.You can put up a tower quickly using this attachment. Taking into account the high costs of transportation and the manufacturing process is extremely simple, this annex do not include tower. Please purchase a 48mm diameter,6 meter height pipe as the tower. Because of the small valume and litht weight,even 2 person can finish installation,there is a video showing how to put up the tower.

4.The installation in camping tents or in other temporary venues

    Because of the extremely small size and light weight. You can bring FD2.5-300-LH to any necessary locations, especially when you want to spend some time in the field. You can produce a suitable support by yourself or a factory, generating attention that the pipes (or aluminum alloy tube) connecting with generator need to be 48mm diameter.

5.The installation of communications or monitoring station

    Because of the remote location of some communications or power grids, wind power generators is a good choice to replace. Reference to the previous method to install it or fix it on equipment tower. attention to the need for 48mm diameter pipe connected generator.

6.The installation on board

    FD2.5-300-LH can be used on board as a supplement of diesel generators.Please install generator according to the board specific , attention to the need for 48mm diameter pipe connected generator.

In the process of installation of wind turbine generator, electrical wiring is a very important step.If the connection is wrong or loose, there may be unforeseen problems later. we are providing the following electrical wiring plans for your reference. If you have some electrical knowledge would be sufficient. Meanwhile, we also hope you noticed that this maps did not display controller, because it has been integrated into the generator, I believe this will reduce your workload and improve system stability. Because FD2.5-300-LH can be used in the off-grid environment, and can also be used in the off-grid environment. Therefore, we offer two maps.

Laying the batteries and inverter

    The battery must be placed in a drying and ventilated room where temperature is constant.Calculate the battery's total number of parallel and serial, and then design the wooden stand for battery and inverter . Series will be battery, the battery first one then the second battery cathode electrode. followed by accumulation of the required voltage wiring all showed the first part of grease or other corrosion resistant materials.
Notes : 1. proposed battery configuration for this generators is two 12V150AH batteries.
2. the input voltage of inverter should be equal value with the battery's series voltage.
